*Your Responsibilities*:

- Pipeline Analyst: Conduct regular reviews of agent performance to identify opportunities and develop plans for improvement.

- Data Manager: Maintain the accuracy and currency of our CRM database to ensure effective tracking and reporting.

- Conversion Specialist: Monitor lead conversion rates and work alongside agents to address challenges and optimize outcomes.

- Call Evaluator: Provide constructive feedback to help agents enhance their sales techniques and improve customer engagement.

- Team Advocate: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

*What You Bring to the Table*:

* A real estate license (mandatory)
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Proven sales experience, ideally in a brokerage or real estate setting
* Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency
* Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
* A knack for motivating a diverse team of agents

Pay: $80,000 (mixture of base and a quarterly performance related bonus)
