We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our dynamic team. Position Installer Locations: Hiring for multiple locations anywhere in Central IL serving areas such as Peoria, Bloomington, Decatur, Champaign-Urbana, Springfield and nearby communities. Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Install bathroom projects according to company standards and client specifications. Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or installation roles – carpentry skills are essential. Most plumbing is performed by another team member. Some experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic flooring, basic drywall is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret some product instructions and plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – strongly prefer a truck to transport job materials. Primary carpentry tools usage expected. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
