Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and their families, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality care. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for pediatric patients.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and abilities.
3. Implement therapeutic interventions and activities to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall functional independence.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
5. Educate and involve parents/caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing guidance and support to promote carryover of skills at home and in other environments.
6. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document clinical findings accurately and timely.
7. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, professional ethics, and clinic policies and procedures.
8. Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and clinic initiatives to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the growth and success of the clinic.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
