Daily tasks include arranging travel itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing any travel concerns promptly. You will also provide expert travel advice and maintain relationships with clients while collaborating with colleagues to uphold the company's high standards of personalized service.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Travel Arrangements and working with Travel AgenciesStrong focus on Customer Service and a commitment to Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with corporate or VIP travel is an advantageProficiency with travel management software and toolsAbility to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environmentMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Travel Advisor or a related role
