Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, platform-native Social Media Manager  to help create, edit, and publish engaging content across our social channels. This is a 100% remote, paid internship requiring 5?12 hours per week. You will work directly with our team to bring our brand story to life, with a heavy focus on short-form video.

What You'll Do

• Content Creation: Create fun engaging AI Videos promoting our company using Capcut AI
• Platform Management: Plan and schedule posts using management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite) to maintain a consistent posting calendar.
• Trend Spotting: Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and format updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with our community, and monitor direct messages.

What We're Looking For

• Editing Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps like CapCut, In Shot, or Adobe Premiere Rush, and design tools like Canva.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively via Slack/email.
• Portfolio Required: Examples of your own content creation (personal or professional) that showcase your video editing and storytelling skills.

Compensation & Commitment

• Pay: $20-30 hr. (NY/NJ Market) 
• Hours: 5?12 hours per week with a flexible schedule
• Location: 100% Remote.
