Bluecore Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Scheduler for a busy cold storage warehouse in Denton, TX. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with logistics and warehouse scheduling experience who can effectively coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:45 AM until finish (Overtime as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage dock appointments and maintain daily scheduling calendars.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment schedules and updates.
- Prioritize shipments to ensure timely loading and unloading.
- Assist with labor planning to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor scheduling changes and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports using Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
- Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous logistics and warehouse scheduling experience.
- Experience coordinating inbound and outbound appointments.
- Strong communication skills with carriers, customers, and warehouse operations teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse scheduling software.
- Ability to manage dock schedules, labor planning, and shipment prioritization.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced cold storage warehouse environment.
- Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cold storage or refrigerated warehouse logistics.
- Experience supporting high-volume warehouse operations.
