Customer Service Rep (06937) – 709 Sunset St About the Job This role is for individuals who can manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The goal is to deliver every pizza quickly and safely by operating efficiently in the store. Candidates should be highly motivated, able to rise to the occasion when business demands, and possess a competitive nature. We are looking for customer service representatives with personality, strong people skills, and a desire to serve. We offer flexible schedules, from one shift per week to five‑to‑six shifts per week, with both daytime and evening options available. Job Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• General duties for all store team members include:

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler Receive and process telephone orders Complete any required paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily Maintain store equipment Operate all kitchen and front‑counter equipment Prepare product Training Orientation and training will be provided on the job. Key training areas include: Taking orders Labeling boxes Making pizzas Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Work Conditions Exposure to: Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures ranging from 32° to 90° F or higher. Extreme weather, including temperatures from 0° to 110° F, rain, fog, sleet, snow, ice, wind, dust, and more. Sudden temperature changes in work areas. Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500° F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensing

Stooping/Bending – forward bending at waist for 45‑120 seconds per occurrence. Crouching/Squatting – occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching – above 72 inches, down, and forward as needed. Hand Tasks – continuous use, fine motor skills, forceful motion, and grasping required.
