Client Service Liaison
Reliant Care Management Company
American Medical Administrators LTC, a leading provider of long-term healthcare solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Liaison to join our team. As a remote position, this role requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Responsibilities and Duties:- Oversight of SNF Medicaid pending process from inception to vendor approval
- Audit facility efforts, provide ongoing education and assistance to facilities
- Track and oversee DA124 submissions, corrections, and approvals
- Manage care authorizations to request skilled authorization as needed and submitting follow-up documentation to insurance
- Experience with Missouri Medicaid, Kansas is preferred
- Experience in a Business office is ideal
- Working knowledge of managed care authorizations
