A well-established architectural metals and glazing contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial glazing, storefront, curtain wall, or architectural metals who is ready to take the next step into project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day management of commercial glazing and storefront projects
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project schedules
• Assist with material procurement, fabrication, deliveries, and installation coordination
• Communicate with GCs, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Track project costs, change orders, invoices, and documentation
• Help maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with field teams to keep projects on schedule
• Assist with resolving project issues and coordinating solutions
• Attend project meetings and provide project updates
• Maintain accurate project records using Procore and Microsoft Office
• Assist with punch lists, closeout, and final documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Background in glazing, storefront, curtain wall, architectural metals, or building envelope xhyhwjd preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Procore experience preferred
• Bluebeam experience a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Construction-related degree or technical education preferred, but not required
