Commercial Escrow Assistant

Overview Seeking experienced commercial escrow assistant. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Duties Processing the opening of escrows for commercial real estate transactions. Managing timelines for escrow closings, tracking contingencies, and communicating updates to all parties involved. Collecting and verifying wire instructions. Reviewing escrow documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness before processing. Maintaining organized escrow files, handling wire transfers, and assisting with post‑closing tasks and disbursements. Education High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience 1-2 years of escrow experience preferred. Typing. Microsoft Office. SoftPro. Smartview system experience a plus. Additional Information This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $23-$25/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience.
