Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior AI Enablement Consultant with 10+ years of IT experience to drive Generative AI adoption across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). The ideal candidate will work hands-on with product and engineering teams to integrate AI tools into software development, testing, DevOps, and delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AI-powered development practices using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other GenAI tools.
- Coach developers, QA engineers, and product teams on effective AI adoption.
- Integrate AI into coding, testing, CI/CD, and engineering workflows.
- Develop reusable AI playbooks, guidelines, templates, and best practices.
- Ensure responsible AI adoption, including security, privacy, governance, and compliance.
- Measure improvements in engineering productivity, development cycle time, test coverage, and software quality.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, DevOps, or technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted software development.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/PDLC, CI/CD, automation, and software testing.
- Experience in technical coaching, AI enablement, and enterprise transformation.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes from AI adoption initiatives.
