Senior Product Designer

We're partnering with our client, an industrial enterprise, to find a talented Senior Product Designer. This short-term role is based on-site and offers an opportunity to impact complex digital products within a fast-paced environment. The position involves evaluating existing application interfaces and delivering actionable design improvements. Senior Product Designer Responsibilities: Assess and enhance the usability of an internal enterprise application to improve user engagement and operational efficiency. Conduct comprehensive design audits to identify opportunities for workflow streamlining and usability improvements. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather insights on business goals, user needs, and operational requirements. Review user journeys and suggest enhancements to navigation, information architecture, and interactions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design concepts that align with project objectives. Senior Product Designer Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design across complex enterprise applications. Proven skills in conducting user research, usability testing, workflow analysis, and design validation. Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools. Experience working collaboratively within Agile teams alongside product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
