Description TKO StaffPros LLC is looking for a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Memphis. This full-time, on-site position plays a crucial role in supporting our staffing and recruiting efforts within the rapidly evolving staffing industry. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating candidate interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Schedule interviews between clients and candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives Requirements Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with a team Familiarity with employment laws and best practices is a plus Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently #J-18808-Ljbffr
