Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Adhere to safety protocols and building codes while performing all plumbing tasks. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on-site. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends. Assist in mentoring apprentices and less experienced team members. Requirements Valid Oregon plumbing license and relevant certifications. Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
