Service Coordinator

$18 - $20 per hour

As a Service Coordinator , you will manage commercial maintenance service requests by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently from start to finish.

What We Offer:

Pay of $18.00-$20.00 per hour , based on experience
Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No weekends unless emergency service tickets require coverage
Temp-to-hire opportunity with eligibility for permanent hire after 520 hours

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, property management, or operations preferred
Construction or commercial maintenance experience is a plus but not required
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and grow with the company

What You'll Do as a Service Coordinator:

Coordinate commercial maintenance work orders from initiation through completion
Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
Schedule subcontractors and service appointments
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time
Manage multiple service requests while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve scheduling or service issues
Maintain organized records and documentation for service activities
Respond to emergency service requests as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
