Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Physical Therapist Floater - Full-Time

$45.00-$50.00 per hour

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours per Week | No Weekends

This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety in their workday, appreciate meeting new teams, and like the opportunity to experience different skilled nursing communities without being assigned to just one building.

As a Physical Therapist Floater, you'll travel between our Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities. Travel time between facilities is paid while you're on the clock, allowing you to get to know each building, collaborate with different interdisciplinary teams, and build lasting relationships with staff and patients across multiple communities.

Assisted Living

Independent Living

Outpatient Clinic

Outpatient and Home Care Services

Qualifications

Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.

Experience with Net Health documentation is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
