Onboarding Project Manager

High Impact Dealer is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in the outdoor power equipment industry. Recognized with multiple 7-figure awards and known for an exceptional team culture, we are scaling quickly and looking for the right people to grow with us. We are seeking a driven and highly organized Onboarding Project Manager to own the new client experience from signed contract to fully launched account. In this role, you will communicate directly with outdoor power equipment dealers, serving as the face of HID during one of the most critical stages of the client relationship. You will also keep our internal teams aligned and on track, making this the perfect role for someone who is equally comfortable talking to clients and managing cross-functional workflows. What You’ll Do Communicate directly with OPE dealers throughout the onboarding process, building trust and confidence from day one Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new dealer clients from contract signing through account launch Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, setting clear expectations, timelines, and next steps Build and maintain onboarding workflows, checklists, and documentation to ensure a consistent and professional client experience Gather all necessary client assets, credentials, and information needed to launch campaigns and website work Guide clients through connecting their Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts, ensuring proper access, permissions, and integrations are set up correctly from the start Coordinate across account management, media buying, web, and creative teams to keep all deliverables on track Build and manage project timelines and task assignments inside ClickUp to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Run regular check-ins and follow-ups with internal teams to surface blockers and drive accountability Transition fully onboarded clients to their assigned Account Manager with a thorough and warm handoff Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding and project workflows for speed and quality Support leadership with reporting on onboarding progress, project health, and team capacity What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, project management, or a client-facing coordination role Experience in or familiarity with the outdoor equipment industry preferred Hands-on experience connecting and troubleshooting Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts, including access setup, permissions, and platform integrations Confident and professional communicator who is comfortable speaking directly with business owners and dealers Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, or a similar project management platform Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong follow-through Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and gets things done without being asked twice Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Embodies High Impact Dealer’s values: Humble, Hungry, and People Smart Annual salary: Competitive Salary Based on Experience 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employment Paid holidays + PTO Fully remote (U.S. only) 3-month probationary period #J-18808-Ljbffr High Impact Dealer
