Job title: Director of Marketing (Home Improvement / Custom Closets) Location: Houston, TX (on-site at our facility) Job type: Full-time Pay: $95,000–$125,000 per year base, plus a performance bonus tied to lead growth Build the marketing engine behind Houston's largest custom closet company. SpaceManager Closets has designed, built and installed custom closets and built-in cabinetry in Houston for more than 25 years. We manufacture in-house, we design in CAD, and our own crews install. Now we're growing past Houston into Dallas and Austin, and we need a marketing leader who will own the number: qualified leads and booked design appointments. What you'll do Own lead generation for the whole company, from first click to booked design consultation Lead our paid media (Google and Meta), holding agency partners to clear cost-per-appointment and cost-per-sale targets, and bring more of it in-house over time Run our content engine using the They Ask, You Answer approach: answer every question a homeowner has before they call us Direct our in-house videographer and a freelance writer so our work looks as good online as it does in the showroom Grow SEO and visibility in AI answer engines such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews Build email, newsletter and automation journeys in HubSpot Build non-digital channels: referral partnerships with designers, realtors and builders, community and showroom events, and direct mail Market to our builder and developer customers (about 20% of our business) Report to the owner with honest numbers every month and plan marketing for new cities Who you are 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years owning pipeline or leading a team Proven results marketing a high-consideration product or service, ideally in-home, home improvement, remodeling, or builder/trade channels Hands‑on with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM), Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
