THE JOB

Title: Director of B2B Marketing

Location: Boulder County, Colorado

Work Model: Hybrid, minimum three days per week in office

This is a high-ownership marketing leadership role responsible for building and continuously optimizing the strategy that generates qualified inbound business opportunities. The Director will own marketing planning, experimentation and budget allocation across channels such as paid search, digital advertising, ABM, content, SEO/GEO, email, landing-page optimization, webinars, campaigns, partnerships and other emerging tactics.

Rather than inheriting a fixed playbook, this leader will be expected to continuously develop hypotheses, test new approaches, measure results and move resources toward what works. The position will also oversee brand voice and messaging, collaborate closely with sales and business development, manage external agencies and consultants, and initially lead one direct report.

Success in the first 12 months includes generating 750+ inbound leads while helping the company improve the quality of demand reaching its commercial team.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.

• Demonstrated ownership of marketing strategy, demand generation and budget allocation.

• Strong digital marketing knowledge spanning paid media, attribution, SEO and website conversion.

• Ability to understand and evaluate campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and related digital channels.

• Track record of experimentation, A/B testing and data-driven optimization.

• Strong writing, content and messaging skills.

• Practical adoption of AI in modern marketing workflows.

• Experience managing agencies, contractors or consultants.

• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

• Leadership capability and comfort operating with significant autonomy.

• Enterprise B2B experience strongly preferred.

• MBA is valued but not required.

THE BENEFITS

Base salary: $130,000-$170,000.

Target bonus: 15%, with actual bonus tied to individual and company performance.

3.5% 401(k) match.
