Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in assisting on the fabrication and production line. Your responsibilities will include loading, feeding, and removing materials from machines, performing basic assembly, cutting, or trimming of foam products, and inspecting parts for quality and defects. You will also maintain a clean and organized work area, while adhering to safety and production guidelines.

• Production experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Proficiency in basic math and reading.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with general labor and hand tools.
• Machine operation skills.

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience.

You will work a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with two breaks, and are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for a mandatory 7:00 AM meeting. The first 3 weeks will involve intensive training, shadowing, and watching, depending on how quickly you pick up the job. The work environment is fast-paced, and you must be comfortable standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 50 lbs if required. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is appreciated.

This is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Mansfield,MA.
