We are hiring an Assistant General Manager to help run day-to-day field operations.

This role is for someone with real landscaping and hardscape experience who wants responsibility and long-term growth.  Our General Manager oversees sales, fertilizer applicatons, equipment, and crews and we need a capable right-hand person to help carry the load.

Tis is not an entry-level management role and not a desk job.

What This Role Actually Is

• Hands-on support in the field, especially hardscape projects
• Helping manage crews, equipment, job flow, and quality control
• Assisting with equipment oversight and operational follow-ups
• Stepping in daily to keep jobs moving and problems solved

Who This Is For

• Someone with proven hardscape and landscaping experience
• A leader crews naturally respect
• Comfortable making decisions in the field
• Looking to grow into a larger operational role

Who This Is NOT For

• Entry-level supervisors
• Retail or restaurant management backgrounds
• Anyone Without hands-on landscape/hardscape experience
