Join Our Team as an RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor at Guggenheimer Health & Rehab!

Are you a passionate RN or LPN looking for a leadership role in a supportive, team-driven environment? Guggenheimer Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. This is a Monday-Friday shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and on call one weekend a month. 

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and guide a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans .

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations , safety protocols, and best practices.

• Provide training and support to nursing staff, promoting their growth and success.

• Foster a positive, collaborative environment for both staff and residents.

Who You Are:

• A dedicated RN or LPN with an active, valid license.

• A natural leader with experience in nursing supervision or a similar role.

• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care .

• A strong communicator with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

• Familiar with healthcare regulations and able to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as LPN/RN in Virginia.

• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
