The facility will consider block scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance. The patient-to-nurse ratio on the unit is 1:6, allowing for attentive care. Familiarity with electronic health records is preferred. This role does not require on-call duties. Weekend commitments include 3 weekends every 6 weeks.
