The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients protect their assets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Active insurance license in the state of employment.
- Strong knowledge of various types of insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using insurance software and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
