Genius Agency AI is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by offering a range of insurance products tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients protect their assets.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role.
Active insurance license in the state of employment.
Strong knowledge of various types of insurance products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in using insurance software and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
