What You'll Do:
- Connect: Be the first point of contact for clients, explain services, and build meaningful relationships.
- Process: Handle orders, process payments, and keep our customer database updated and accurate.
- Upsell: Use your charm to encourage customers to explore and buy additional products.
- Solve: Tackle customer questions and complaints with ease and efficiency.
- Achieve: Smash your personal and team sales goals.
What You Bring:
- Experience: in customer service or sales.
- Skills: Outstanding verbal communication, stellar sales ability, and advanced computer skills (MS Office, Internet, databases).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
