Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves working in a leading industrial facility and requires a deep understanding of advanced electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Work with schematics, pneumatics, DC controls, and various voltage systems including 24, 120, 230, and 480 voltages.
• Perform diagnostics and programming for PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo systems.
• Install and wire motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
• Support production through root cause analysis and optimization.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of advanced industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming skills.
• Expert knowledge of industrial electrical and motor controls.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Work Environment

The work environment is an industrial facility, featuring a rotating 2-3-2 shift schedule. Employees will train on the first shift for a minimum of one month. We offer competitive pay, including on-call pay and shift differentials, with relocation assistance available based on individual situations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fombell, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.

medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, profit share paid out in March, 401k, PTO is around 80 hours for the first year and will grow as they continue working there.
