Job Description: Requirements:
- Should have 6-8 years of experience working in Sales or Service Cloud (Service cloud preferred)
- 8+ years of experience
- Data Cloud & Agent Force – HUGE PLUS o CBRE has initiatives heading in this direction and would be really helpful if someone is already familiar with either one.
- Experience with custom development – Building custom screens, interactive web pages, over-ride standard screens, integrate with 3rd party tools. o Ex: using snowflake or vendor system to pull data and make data driven decisions
- Mulesoft Integration experience – Great to have
- REALLY HELPFUL TO HAVE *** à Experience in related industries: Real Estate, Investment management, fund management, portfolio management
- Wants 1 of the resources to have design and hands-on architecture work to work closely alongside him (HM) – HM handles the SF Architecture.
