HR Manager

Responsibilities Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees; Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies; Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles; Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices; Manages succession planning and talent management cycle; Monitors effectiveness of processes; Conducts Talent Reviews; Directly or indirectly oversees development and administration of local and corporate training offerings; Monitors the effectiveness of training and development; Supports development of senior roles; Responsible for managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes; Could liaise with unions or works councils; Facilitates the annual merit review cycle and ensures appropriate allocation of variable compensation; Liaises with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes; Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of HR staff. Qualifications Education: University Degree (or international equivalent); Advanced Degree Preferred. Minimum Experience: 6 to 8+ Years.
