Collaborate effectively with minimal supervision, overseeing and mentoring junior employees as needed.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on embedded software, hardware-software integration, and system reliability. You will work across microcontrollers, device communications, motorized subsystems, sensors, and control logic that directly affect RF and quantum sensing system performance in production. The right candidate is comfortable debugging at every layer, from firmware behavior and electrical interfaces to system-level interactions in deployed hardware. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and requires laboratory work. This position requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
