As a result they're looking to appoint a proven Employee Benefits Producer with a strong track record of winning 500+ life, self-funded business. This opportunity is ideal for a producer who values autonomy and wants freedom to execute on their own ideas while being supported by an experienced team of industry professionals. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage a pipeline of new Employee Benefits business across the Massachusetts market. Prospect, network, and build relationships with mid-market and large employers. Target organisations with 500+ employee lives, with a particular focus on self-funded and alternative funding opportunities. Advise clients on employee benefits strategies, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, and wellness programmes. Partner with internal account management and service teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Lead the sales process from prospecting through to implementation and ongoing relationship management. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance and risk management solutions across the wider Hilb Group platform. Maintain strong relationships with carriers, TPAs, and industry partners. What we’re looking for: Proven success as an Employee Benefits Producer, Benefits Consultant, or Benefits Broker. Demonstrated experience winning and managing 500+ life employer groups. Strong knowledge of self-funded, level-funded, reference-based pricing, captives, and alternative funding arrangements. Established network within the Massachusetts employee benefits market. Consistent track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets. Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
