Facilities Manager

We are a leader in precision manufacturing for the aerospace and defense industries, and we're looking for a Facilities Manager to help keep our facility running at its best. This isn't your typical facilities role. You'll lead a skilled team, oversee everything from HVAC and electrical to CNC machinery maintenance, and play a direct role in shaping the systems, safety standards, and operational efficiency behind some of the most complex manufacturing work in the industry. You'll also get to flex your process-improvement muscle, contributing to exciting initiatives. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives on solving problems, building great teams, and making a real impact on how a facility runs, we want to hear from you. What you bring: 7+ years in facilities management or maintenance, with 3+ years in a leadership role (manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and CNC machinery systems A track record of leading teams and managing vendor relationships Experience owning a budget, from planning through cost control Solid grasp of OSHA and workplace safety compliance Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
