Global Director, Business HR

Abbott seeks a Global Director of Business HR to lead human resources strategy for the Structural Heart business unit's Global Operations, R&D, and Quality functions. This strategic role partners with senior leaders to execute talent, culture, and organizational initiatives across a matrix and global environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs for Global Operations, R&D, and Quality
Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent, culture, and workplace initiatives
Build leadership capabilities through coaching, training, succession planning, and development
Lead change management initiatives and drive division-wide innovative HR programs
Leverage analytics and benchmarking to gain insights and drive actionable business outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field
10-15 years progressive Human Resources experience
Experience leading in matrix and global environments
Proven ability to influence, lead, and transform organizations
Strong understanding of business and financial drivers
Medical devices industry experience preferred
Advanced degree in Human Resources preferred

Compensation: $149,300–$298,700 base
