Senior Administrative Assistant

Stryker seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Vice President/General Manager of ENT and leadership team in Portage, Michigan. The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle expense reporting for VP/GM and leadership team
• Proactively anticipate leadership needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prepare executives for meetings and commitments
• Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, and employee engagement events with logistics and follow-up
• Compile, verify, and organize information for reports, presentations, and executive communications
• Build relationships across the organization and serve as key point of contact for ENT business unit coordination

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years supporting senior leadership in administrative capacity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and complex document creation
• Experience with expense reporting and invoice creation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation: $28.01–$38.75 USD hourly
