Job Summary We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Denver, CO office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for multiple new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to steady state operations and providing a positive client experience. You will collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, manage document flow, and facilitate all information to get the client setup. Your communication and project management skills will be essential in guiding clients successfully through the onboarding process. Responsibilities Supporting Operations Director in monthly client and internal billing Implementing operational initiatives and software as required Reporting weekly and monthly operational metrics and other KPIs to Leadership Team Providing reporting and operational insights to various teams regarding status and quality of work Supports and coordinates Client Onboarding process Performs office and other administrative responsibilities as required for the Director of Operations and Leadership Team Performing other activities as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–4 years’ experience in operations, admin, and/or project coordination required Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and operational software Experience with reporting, analytics, and billing support Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to support client onboarding and software/operational initiatives Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with clients and internally with team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills Preferred Skills Proactive problem-solver Strong initiative and follow-through Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Adaptable to changing priorities and operational needs Benefits Competitive base compensation with eligibility for a raise and bonus each June or December based on performance metrics and level Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, employer contribution to life insurance, 401(k) plan, ESOP, and client and employee referral bonus program ESOP owned company with no outside investors, giving employees exclusive opportunity to own firm’s stock Financial assistance toward the achievement of the CPA certification, including cost of CPA study materials, exam registration and sitting fees for all 4 parts, CPA application and licensing fees, paid study time during work hours, additional paid time off to take scheduled exam and a bonus paid upon passing the CPA exam Continuing Professional Education (CPE) opportunities, including both technical and soft skills training, available through internal courses and external programs led by well-known industry instructors at no cost to employees Wellness resources such as discounted gym memberships and programs to help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote restful sleep, including the CALM app Compensation for this role is determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
