Desired Skills & Experience:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload spanning elementary to high school students
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports for all students served
