We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for other companies using Quick Books Desktop.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, payroll taxes, and other financial reports
- Download bank statements and credit card statements
- Reconcile bank statements and make journal entries for income, expenses and payroll.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience from an accounting firm or a real estate management firm.
- Must know debits and credits and be technologically inclined
- Experience with Quick Books desktop must requirement
- Compensation is dependent on prior work experience
- Do not apply if you can not handle completing 2-4 monthly clients in a day. Spreadsheet skills required
