It's not easy to get hired by us – we want only the most talented and committed Managers, but when you do join Lucky Strike, the rewards are abundant.The RoleAs a Senior Facility Manager, you will lead the facilities function across multiple centers, develop your Facility Managers, and make sure every location in your region stays safe, reliable, and fully operational, moving as comfortably through repair cost trends as through a mechanical space.Must have HVAC experience with new and old systems and be able to travel to different Houston locations.What You'll DoOversee facility operations across multiple centers, ensuring equipment reliability, asset protection, and consistent maintenance standardsCoach and develop Facility Managers and maintenance teams, strengthening technical skills and troubleshooting capability across the regionLead and refine preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime across lanes, arcade attractions, building systems, and F&B equipmentManage regional facility budgets, capital repairs, vendor contracts, and inventory with financial disciplineAnalyze performance trends including downtime, repair costs, and equipment life cycles to drive efficiency improvementsProvide direct technical support across centers during high-volume periods and critical equipment failuresWhat You'll Bring5 or more years of facilities leadership with experience managing teams across multiple locationsStrong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, specifically with commercial or light commercial HVAC, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, package units, VAV boxes, refrigeration crossover: walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines.Experience in field diagnostics, component level troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics, compressor change-outs, leak detection, and brazing/soldering.Experience in preventative maintenance, filter cycles, belt replacements, coil cleaning, and system performance logging.Proven ability to develop facility teams and improve operational uptime across a portfolio of locationsAdvanced financial acumen including capital planning, repair forecasting, vendor negotiation, and cost controlStrong command of safety standards, risk management, and regulatory complianceAbility to lift 50 or more pounds, climb ladders, and work in mechanical and technical spacesFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat You'll GetOur people are the reason guests keep coming back.
