Transdev in Minneapolis, MNis hiring a full-timeRecruiter. TheRecruitersupports the management and human resources teams with full cycle recruiting and other HR responsibilities related to recruiting and onboarding. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Transdev is proud to offer:
• Competitive compensation package of minimum $52,000- maximum $65,000
Benefits include:
• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick time: 40 hours
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System - Jobvite.
- Conduct orientation with new employees.
- Create and maintain employee files - complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork.
- Coordinate background screening processes including pre-employment drug testing and DOT physicals.
- Quality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements.
- Support employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of Recruiting experience, preferably in a DOT industry
- College course work in a related field is preferred.
- Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work is generally performed indoors within climate-controlled facilities.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- The employee must be able to hear and speak in English as much of the work will be conducted by phone.
- The employee may need to push and pull objects up to10pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to50lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
