Professional Staff Nurse, BSN - Weekends

Hours : 2 - 12 Hour Shifts per weekend. 7AM - 7:30 PM / 7PM - 7:30 AM. Weekend Program participants must work 48 weekends per year. The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse responsible for setting care standards and ensuring high-quality nursing care. They manage patient care for a group of patients and their families, using independent judgment and collaborating with the care team. This role involves leadership, partnership, and supervision, while maintaining collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes. The Professional Staff Nurse is committed to the community and the nursing profession.
