Job Title: Research Interviewer Location: Bloomington, MN Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour – paid weekly Schedule: Monday–Friday Job Type: Temp About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Research Interviewers for a market research company in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you\'ll help recruit and screen participants for important client research projects while supporting accurate data collection and project success. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and have strong communication skills, this opportunity could be a great fit. What You\'ll Do as a Research Interviewer Recruit and screen qualified participants for market research projects Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates Schedule participants and maintain accurate project records Perform targeted web research and database searches to identify prospects Track recruitment metrics, call volume, and participation goals Build rapport with gatekeepers and participants while overcoming objections Ensure data accuracy and compliance with project requirements and timelines What You Need to Bring to the Research Interviewer Role Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and confident phone presence Ability to type 45+ words per minute and accurately enter data Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Previous telemarketing, recruiting, call center, or customer service experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and meet daily performance goals Reliable transportation to Bloomington, MN Why You\'ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
