The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to internal employees, being a technical liaison for the compliance team, and owning local IT Security for the Farmington Office. This individual should be a people builder just as much as they like systems. This individual can quickly build relationships and trust with people across all teams. This individual should quickly build credibility and trust with collaborators and direct reports and see their role as a mentor, coach, advocate, and sponsor of their system's needs.
