Director, Finance

Director-level finance role leading OrthoTech's Puerto Rico operations as both strategic business partner and site controller. Responsibilities span financial planning, team management, commercial strategy alignment, and government relations for a high-performance manufacturing site.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic financial objectives aligned with OrthoTech global leadership
- Manage site finance team including recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation
- Lead annual budgeting, capital planning, and ongoing spend projections
- Design innovative financial processes and product funding models to drive adoption and margin expansion
- Direct Puerto Rico government interactions and ensure internal financial controls compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent discipline
- Recognized professional accounting qualification
- 10+ years finance leadership experience in high-performance business
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial and business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills managing multiple priorities
Compensation: $135,600 - $225,900 USD Annual
