Job Title: Project Manager II Duration: 2026-07-20 to 2026-12-23 (Potential to extend) Location: WI USA 53044 Pay Rate: $60.00 - $65.13 Job Summary 2-5 years of experience The responsibility of a Project Manager is to facilitate, coordinate, and manage marketing communications projects to promote the businesses of the Company. The successful candidate must possess detailed knowledge of project management processes, have creative problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, assertive, possess excellent organization skills, and be self-directed. Additionally, this candidate must be able to build and maintain productive working relationships with key partners both internal and external to the business. Responsible for the key tenants of project management - time, budget and deliverables across a portfolio of projects. Manage projects small-to-medium sized projects for the marketing group to support marketing plans and business goals as assigned by Program Management leadership. Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring activities are organized and aligned to project objectives. Coordinate digital, print, and campaign-based communication projects in partnership with creative and marketing teams. Manage digital, print, OOH, brand activations, and video- and studio-based communication projects in partnership with creative and business marketing team. Plan and direct work from 's internal Centers of Excellence and brand teams for the projects managed. This may include, but is not limited to, concept/layout, copy, design, photography, and audio and video production. Utilize Workfront for project management disciplines, including communication plan, timelines, change orders, work breakdown structures, and weekly management status reports. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project execution. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders. Skills/Requirements Experience: 2-5 years in project management within a marketing, creative, or brand environment. Education: Bachelor's degree within Business, Marketing or related field. Project Management: Foundational understanding of project management principles, tools, and workflows. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams. Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, support solutions and elevate when needed.
