Busy Therapy and Chiropractic Rehabilitation Clinic seeking Front Desk Receptionist!

Receptionist Responsibilities and Duties (not limited to)

Bilingual SPANISH is Required.

Must have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role with references.

Past Billing experience a plus!

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, phones, and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills (Phone skills are extremely important)
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Patient scheduling
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Verify patient insurance
• Collecting co-pays
• Researching and answering billing questions from patients
• Collecting on past due accounts
• Be reliable and on time
