Marketing & Business Development Coordinator - Builder Svcs Hybrid ATL

Support the Growth of the Mortgage Division

Support the growth of the Mortgage Division through marketing, relationship management, business development, and strategic partnerships. This role works closely with internal teams, builder partners, and industry professionals to strengthen brand awareness, increase market presence, and drive loan production opportunities.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, leadership, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and support strategic goals.
• Assist with business development efforts by researching market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
• Support community outreach, industry associations, and networking events to strengthen company presence.
• Manage marketing resources, reporting, and communication materials.
• Help plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and partner engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and business development data to support decision-making.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and relationship-focused.

Industry and Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, relationship management, mortgage banking, or a related field preferred.

Academic:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate's / Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
