By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Operations Support L2 Analyst (JIRA, SSIS, Release) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).Job Duties and Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft .net based application using visual studio (2013,2014), SQL server, SOAP based Web services, SSIS, JAVA script.The candidate will ensure the application design and implementation meet the defined requirements. In addition, he will provide application stakeholders and teams, architectural guidelines for implementing scalable & maintainable systems. They will partner and work with Business users to gather requirements for the applications design and development and also represent the technical team in helping the business team with technical feasibility analysis of requirements.The candidate will evaluate applications to determine effectiveness and recommend changes to meet organizational needs. They will also provide technical assistance for the team and document troubleshooting steps for the systems. Additionally, the candidate will follow up with third party vendors for design and/or implementation of resolution and defect prevention. They will investigate application components and evaluate the design which meets business requirements. He will develop design documentation, installation instructions, and other platform deployment designs. The candidate will develop, enhance and support the system/application built on and using Microsoft Data tools (SSIS) and Sql server, PL-SQL, and Oracle databases, Autosys jobs scheduler, Shell Scripts, Perl, Java programming language, .Net design patterns & specifications, XML, JSON, SOAP Web Services, Restful API, Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk and Tableau reporting & dashboards.The candidate will perform custom, ad-hoc data analysis and provide solution to application stakeholders. Furthermore, he/she will perform regular hardware and software maintenance operations, including installing or upgrading hardware or software. In addition, the candidate will monitor application operations to identify any potential issues. They will coordinate with internal and external partners to understand specific system requirements. The candidate will be responsible for continued system improvements to help reduce tech debt costs. They will assess any system vulnerabilities and suggest long term fixes following the best practices and collaborate with the team for solution review and resolution. He will conduct regular presentations to team/stakeholders.
