Job Description
- Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo de todas las operaciones legales de la empresa.
- Diseñar e implementar políticas internas para mitigar riesgos legales.
- Coordinar con diferentes departamentos para asegurar la alineación con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.
- Representar a la empresa en asuntos legales y regulatorios ante autoridades competentes.
- Elaborar y revisar contratos, acuerdos y otros documentos legales relevantes.
- Capacitar al personal en temas legales y normativos clave para el sector de Transporte y Distribución.
- Monitorear cambios en leyes y regulaciones que puedan impactar las operaciones de la empresa.
- Gestionar equipos internos y externos de asesoría legal.
The Successful Applicant
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Derecho, con cédula profesional.
- Especialización o posgrado en derecho corporativo, regulatorio o áreas afines.
- Conocimiento sólido de las leyes aplicables a la industria de Transporte y Distribución.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad de gestión de equipos.
- Enfoque estratégico y habilidades de negociación avanzadas.
- Dominio del idioma inglés para temas legales y regulatorios.
