Responsibilities: Partner with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth, transparent, and customer-focused purchase process. Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products with clarity and integrity. Maintain and grow lender relationships to offer fast, flexible financing solutions. Lead and coach a high-performing F&I team, emphasizing development, compliance, and results. See beyond the dealcontribute to the dealership's long-term growth by being a team-oriented leader who supports overall store performance. Who We Are Looking For: 35 years of F&I management experience, preferably in a luxury/high-line automotive environment (BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, etc.). A proven track record of building, developing, and inspiring top-performing teams. Excellent soft skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across departments. A big-picture thinker who contributes to store culture, operations, and customer satisfactionbeyond just penciling deals. Deep knowledge of compliance standards, lender processes, and deal structure in the automotive finance space. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Product and Reserve Income Bonuses based on: Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability. The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $175,000 $250,000/year, based on performance.
