• Single-location practice - focused on clinic-based care

  • 4 Family Medicine physicians
  • 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 2 Internal Medicine physicians
• Shared on-call duties - phone consultations only, with nurse triage assistance
• Comprehensive specialties and services available onsite
• Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates

Compensation & Benefits

• Income Guarantee for 2 Years: $290,100 annually
• Bonus Package: $150,000
• Incentives based on production
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
