Shift & Schedule: Days (Rotating Weekends) | Primarily Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Requires 2 Weekend Shifts per Month
Pay: $35.00/hr - $49.18/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an exciting Local job in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to maximize patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation staff.
Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to therapy assistants and students when applicable.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current State Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
Experience working with diverse patient populations and complex rehabilitation needs.
